Powerline 'Sheave Re-Lining' is a niche industry requiring the right equipment, material and trained personnel to professionally remove and replace worn out sheave channel coatings.
Sheave Re-Liners apply a unique Hybrid-Polyurethane elastomer to aluminum and steel sheaves from 5" to 55" in diameter. For smaller or larger diameters contact our company for special pricing and deliver time.
The special elastomer we use meets or exceeds industry standards for maximum abrasion and wear resistance. Our special technique for installing the new channel lining is much faster than previous methods. Sheave Re-Liners' complete 5 step, turn-key renovation process was developed to save our customers time and money.
Sheave Reliners' Hybrid-Polyurethane is formulated to be flexible under the most 'Extreme' weather conditions and will not dis-bond once it is installed.
